is bonded to. The OEM bushing is molded to a metal sleeve which, in turn is pressed into another metal sleeve which is more like a cup with a hole in the bottom of it. The bushing is pressed into the other sleeve until it bottoms out in it - that's why you technically cannot press the bushing out. It's hard to have this make sense with out pictures, and I didn't take any details of this part of the subframe bushing installation. Dave N.
